Hotel Policies: 

- All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.

All older children or adults are charged USD10.00 per night and person for extra beds    

Reservations will be held until 6:00pm only, unless:    

 - Guaranteed by advance deposit/ Credit Card.    

 - Contract Agreement                

 Check-in /-out time:    

Check in time is from 13:00, check-out time is until 12:00.

Early check-in will be offered based on availability and charged at 50% of the room rate. Late check-out if requested will be confirmed in the morning of the departure date upon availability and also charged at 50% of the room rate.

 Late check-out after 18:00 will be charged at 100% or the room rate.  

Cancellation / No Shows / Shorter Stay:  

 - Cancellation should be informed directly to Hanoi Venus Hotel    

 - Any cancellation between 48 hours and 24 hours prior to 13:00 PM of the arrival date will be charged 100% of the first room night revenue for all rooms reserved.    

Payment:  

-    Cash (Currency conversion will be made at the point of payment according to the prevailing exchange rate)  

-   Credit Card 3% Visa, Master Card…                      

-   Bank-transfer (Contract Agreement)
